Two years in a row his fans have voted him as one of their most favorite snowboarders in
TransWorld SNOWboarding magazine's '95 and '96 Readers Polls. His vast popularity has
taken Lynn around the world on snowboarding trips for magazines and videos. Despite all
the attention Lynn still manages to remain humble. When he's not travelling, Lynn enjoys
spending time with his family and painting, a talent that has earned him considerable
respect in and out of the snowboarding industry. His art has appeared on his and other
rider's snowboards as well as on Sprite soda machines and in a Laguna Beach gallery.

Driven by money, fame, and women, Blue Montgomery opted not to pursue an academic career
at the University of Utah like his parents wanted. Instead he decided to dedicate his life
to snowboarding full-time. Among his pro snowboarding peers, Blue has earned a reputation
as a metal-headed rocker. When he heard of Iron Maiden's plan to make a comeback as part
of the '97 Ozzy summer tour, Blue went nuts. To scam his way into the show, Blue said he
would sit out front of the stadium and sell beer sandwiches until he could earn enough
money to buy a ticket. In fact, Blue's a regular one-man band himself- he plays drums and
guitar.
